History of Michael I. Zemon, P.A.
Michael I. Zemon, P.A. began in 1998. It originally began as Marino & Zemon, P.A. My former partner, the Honorable Patricia Marino -Pedraza, now a Miami-Dade County Court Judge, and I both came from large volume oriented law firms. These "clinic" type operations afforded us little client contact. Therefore, we were not satisfied with the quality of services that these firms provided. We opened Marino & Zemon, P.A. with the belief that we would provide a more client friendly approach. We saw ourselves as more of a hands on law firm. We like to get to know our clients and their cases. I have found that people really appreciate the personal interest I take in their case. I am available to you to discuss your case in person, whether it is a simple traffic citation or a more complicated legal matter. Of course I am able to accommodate you via email and phone conferences as well. What is important is that you have the opportunity to discuss your case with me the attorney instead of a paralegal or secretary.
After 10 years of practicing together, my partner Patricia became a Miami-Dade County Court Judge. That was 2006 and I then took over the law firm. The firm became Michael I. Zemon, P.A. I have continued to successfully run the firm with the same philosophy on which it was founded.
When I take on a case I am passionate about fighting for my client's interests. All client's referred to me are treated with the upmost respect. All problems are listened to, and all phone calls and emails are promptly returned. Whether it is a lawyer referring me a case, or a former client referring me a case, it is important to me that the person I am representing be highly satisfied to encourage future endeavors. Many services can be performed at a flat fee rate without incurring costly hourly billing. You know what the fee will be up front. Contact us with any legal questions. If we can’t help you we may be able to refer you to an attorney who can. Whatever your legal problem may be, The Law Office of Michael I. Zemon, P.A. is there to help you solve it.
